1.Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

=> Yes, I understand how voting and curation work in Steemit.
Basically , there is a fixed reward pool on Steem . User use to vote quality content to distribute rewards from rewards pool to the author of the post/comments. The who one distributed the reward will get 50% of the reward they distributed. The higher the steem Power one have the more he can distribute from the reward pool.
The rewards are allocated so that the author can get 50% of the payout and the remaining 50% payout goes to the curator. Any user can get curation rewards by upvoting both post or comments.

To upvote any post click on the sign ^ and it will turn into full green which means the post has been voted.

To check whether the post has been upvoted or not click on "votes " and it will show you the name of each people who vote on that post or comments including your own name too.

2.What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

=>If someone upvoted the post a moment after posting , 100% of the Curation rewards will remain in the reward pool.
If we vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting 100% of the curation reward goes to the curator.
If the curator votes within the first 5 minutes the curator will receive less than 100% , of the 50% that goes to the curator.

In the same way, the rewards received by curators from rewards pool varry from time to time .
In broad , at 1 minute, the curator will receive 20% while the rest 80% remains in reward pool.

At 2 minute , the curator will receive 40% and the remaining 60% remains in the rewards pool.

At 3 minute , the curator will receive 60% and the remaining 40% will be in rewards pool.

At 4 minutes, the curator will receive 80% and the remaining 20% will be in the rewards pool.

The sharing of 50% rewards the curator receive during the first 5 minutes is calculated linearly based on the time when the vote is casted.

3.Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?

=>I will vote @steemchiller for Steem Witness. This is because he is the founder and developer of the steem world.org and he has proven himself to be a trustworthy Steemian and his all valuable contribution to this community will lead me to vote to him .

4.Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?

=> At first i joined New comers community on Steemit and it helped to understand a lot about Steemit and the work of communities. Well in coming days I goona join Stem Crypto Academy community and also club5050 community .
Club5050 community is free for all and I wanna explore it . On the other hand I would join Steem Crypto Academy to learn more about crypto currency and there mechanism.
