怡保之旅 Trip to Ipoh

在開始之前，要先tag一下@davidke，因為我對怡保的認識只有馬來西亞和很多人說粵語，其他就什麼都不懂了，有很多問題要向你請教。
話說這篇文章是一標題黨，我沒有去怡保，而是去了一家在香港的馬來西亞餐廳，這是我在路上找吃時偶然看到的餐廳，無聊下就進去吃了。

Before starting I have to tag @davidke. My only two impressions of Ipoh are Malaysia and Cantonese> Then I know nothing about Ipoh so I have many questions to ask you.
Actually I didn’t go to Ipoh but enjoyed an Ipoh style lunch. I just random found it when I was looking for food in the street.

這家餐廳的店名叫《姨婆瑪麗》，姨婆其實是怡保的馬來文 Ipoh的粵音，而瑪麗，據說是店主當年在怡保的女朋友的名字。姨婆瑪麗是由正宗馬來西亞人開的店，聽說食材都是由怡保空運到港的，至於味道是否正宗，我就不知道了，因為我沒有吃過怡保菜哈哈。

The name of the restaurant is called Ipoh Mari. Mari was the ex girl friend of the shop owner when he was in Ipoh. The restaurant is operated by Ipoh-ese and all the food ingredients are shipped from Ipoh. Of course I don’t know if the cooking style is really authentic as I didn’t try Ipoh food before.

讓我們先看看餐牌，怡保是以雞及蝦著名的嗎？很多菜都是雞和蝦，@davidke 從照片上看，不知是否正宗？不過我從一些報導看過店長有因應香港人口味作了一點調整的。老實說，價錢有點貴，但都進來了，就不好意思走了。
Menu first. Is Ipoh famous of chicken and shrimp? There are many dishes of chicken and shrimp! But frankly, it’s quite expensive.

好了，我點了三個都掛著「怡保」的菜，第一個是怡保雞湯面！雞和面是分開上的，配上很多通菜，即空心菜，雞湯頗清淡倒適合我，至於雞呢，是雞我就喜歡的了。
I ordered three dishes named after Ipoh. The first one was Ipoh Chicken noodle! I liked the taste of the soup with water spinach. And chicken was nice.

吃過雞湯面，就要來一個怡保炸雞脾了！請問一下，怡保的炸雞脾很出名嗎？這雞脾我倒是嫌它炸得太乾了。
After that it’s the Ipoh fried chicken. Fried chicken is famous in Ipoh? And I found it too dry.

最後來一個怡保熱奶菜，這奶茶倒是挺滑，還自帶一點點甜味，我是沒有加糖的，至於這個紙杯，我就不知道是否怡保的特色了。
Finally a Ipoh Tea.

這餐廳的味道其實不錯，不過實在是有點貴，我總共吃了84塊，在這一區不是便宜了。不知道在怡保食一樣的東西大概多少錢？@davidke 很多問題問你呀！XDDDDD
The food of the restaurant is quite good, but quite expensive as well. IT costed me HK$84, around US$10.5. How much does it cost in Ipoh? @davidke many questions waiting for you hahaha.
