:: Kue Putu Mayang ::
Penasaran dengan resep ini, coba recook lumayan juga hasilnya. Mengobati rasa kangen dengan jajanan pasar Nusantara.


Bahan-bahan
80 gr bihun (dari tepung beras)
2 sdm tepung tapioka
Pewarna makanan (merah dan hijau)
50 ml santan kental
200 ml air
1 genggam gula Jawa
1/2 sdt garam
1 lembar daun pandan


Langkah

  1. Rebus bihun dalam air mendidih sekitar 3 menit lalu angkat dan rendam dalam air dingin. Tiriskan 5 menit hingga kering.
    2.Tambahkan 2 sdm sagu kedalam bihun lalu aduk rata dengan tangan. Bagi bihun kedalam 3 mangkok. Campurkan 2 tetes pewarna makanan warna hijau, dan merah pada tiap mangkok dan biarkan 1 mangkok berwarna putih.
  2. Gunting bihun secara acak agar mudah membaginya. Letakkan sejumput tiap warna bihun pada cetakan kue mangkok. Kukus bihun dalam air yang sudah mendidih selama 15 menit.
  3. Campurkan irisan gula Jawa dan air dalam panci, masak hingga gula larut, tambahkan santan, garam dan daun pandan aduk perlahan dengan api kecil hingga matang.
  4. Tiriskan kue kurang lebih 5 menit. Lalu sajikan dengan sausnya.

Ingredients
80 gr vermicelli (from rice flour)
2 tablespoons tapioca flour
Food coloring (red and green)
50 ml thick coconut milk
200 ml of water
1 handful of Java sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pandan leaves


Step

  1. Boil vermicelli in boiling water about 3 minutes then remove and soak in cold water. Drain 5 minutes to dry.
  2. Add 2 tbsp of sago into vermicelli and mix well with hand. For vermicelli into 3 bowls. Mix 2 drops of green, and red coloring on each bowl and leave 1 cup white.
  3. Rip the vermicelli randomly to share it easily. Put a pinch of each vermicelli on a cupcake cookie. Steam vermicelli in boiling water for 15 minutes.
  4. Combine the slices of Java sugar and water in the pan, cook until the sugar dissolves, add the coconut milk, salt and pandan leaves stir slowly with low heat until cooked.
  5. Drain the cake approximately 5 minutes. Then serve with the sauce.
