This dish has a flavor of crab and fish ball, tofu . The dish is prepared according to the very sweet and fatty Vietnamese taste of pork bone water
Although the restaurant looks ugly, Vietnamese people don't care about the appearance of the restaurant, they care about the quality of the food.
If you come to Vietnam, you can see many ugly restaurants but there are always many customers, sometimes you need time to line up and wait for food.

Yes, I agree. hmm of course I still like a clean restaurant and good food. There are no restaurants that look so ugly in Cali, right?
we have code enforcement here, all the customer have to do is call code people if the restaurant is dirty, code police will make them clean up or shut them down.
