You're absolutely right @wanderlass. We have our friends these groups and several others that here to help keep us motivated. They ask for nothing. I have met so many amazing people just willing to stand by you and give you a little pick me up when I'm down.
I agree with you that they ask for nothing, not even upvotes or resteems. Just genuine helpfulness and a sense of community :)
@wanderlass since I've gone to this mindset with Steemit. It has started changing so much for me personally. I think that's the biggest thing on this platform is that we come in with one idea and find out we actually need to change our thinking a bit and embrace it for what it is, the 'money' become secondary. I just wish I had more SP to have more VP to help out more.
I really need to get into that mindset so I don't get demotivated with the rewards that I get. Money should just be secondary so we can truly enjoy what we're doing :)
I started getting depressed I wasn't progressing like I thought I would. Then I realized I had to change my mindset if this was going to work. I know that in the long run it will all work out :)
