In my opinion if we understand our inner language then Instinct is part of inner language, and most of the times in my opinion people confuse between the constant thoughts and instinct, but instinct is like an tool which may be an form of sixth sense which silently want to guide us towards specific direction, but our body is an whole universe and inner messages and identifications of vibrations is difficult, but understanding of true concept of instinct is sacred in my opinion.
