3차산업혁명시기인 인터넷 WWW에서는
정보의 디지털화와 전송이었다면
앞으로는 정보뿐아니라 블럭체인을 활용한 가치(화폐)의
전송도 가능해졌다.
대부분의 유무형의 정보와 가치유통을
디지털화하는 Digital Transformation 인것이다
디지털화한 가치를 전송하는 수단인 Cryptocurrency 는
가치(화폐)를 디지털화한 Digital Denomination 이다.
디노미네이션(Denomination)
어떤 유가증권 또는 화폐의 액면가를 의미하는 영어 단어. 또는 그러한 액면가를 지정하는 일. 대개 화폐개혁의 일환으로 통화의 액면가를 절하하는 정책을 뜻한다.

영단어 어원은 라틴어 De-(apart)+ nominatus(name).
흔히 통화개혁(화폐개혁)의 외래어로 대응시키나, 엄밀히 말하면 화폐개혁의 하위 분류로 일종의 방법에 불과하다. 본래 사전적 의미는 '액면가'를 뜻하는 말이지만 경제용어로 쓰일 때는 단위를 그냥 갈아엎거나 0의 개수를 깎아낼 때 쓰는 표현. 풀려 있는 화폐를 다시(Re-) 설정하는 것이므로 대한민국에서는 "리디노미네이션(redenomination)"이란 표현을 사용하고 있다.

Denomination
An English word for the denomination of a certain security or currency. Or to specify such face value. It usually means a policy of depreciating the face value of the currency as part of the currency reform.
Explanation
The root language is Latin De- (apart) + nominatus (name).
It is often used as a loan word of currency reform (monetary reform), but strictly speaking, it is only a kind of subclassification of currency reform. Originally, the dictionary means "face value", but when used as an economic term, it is used to change the unit or subtract the number of zero. In Korea, the term "redenomination" is used because the money is re-set
