As far as I have been reading the answer is NO at the moment...they do NOT take a cut.

No. They don't.
In order to know it, look in Busy for any post published from Partiko. When hovering the mouse over the rewards amount there will appear if the app is taking some cut. For Partiko, you will not find it.
