College roommates freak out at the idea that one of them owns a MAGA hat. They break and enter her room and search until the find her TOTALLY LEGAL AND SAFELY STORED guns. They then call the cops and the landlord. The cops say she's done nothing wrong. The landlord evicts her.

Do we need to declare believers in the Second Amendment a religion so that we can pursue idiotic moves like this as religious persecution?
