In 2017, we have gone through a very massive and intense energetic transition.

The last year was the year of accelerated growth and new beginnings and I am aware that it was not an easy year for many. In the last few weeks, Many people went through challenging times and realities, families and even entire communities were splitting apart.

All the aspects of our unintegrated, denied, suppressed and avoided personalities are being pushed to the surface.

Those unaware of their shadow and suppressed energy may react or behave in an erratic and impulsive way because they struggle to deal with the vibrational discrepancies and will, therefore, cause much suffering to others.

This gives us an opportunity to face ourselves.

However many people have much resistance to facing themselves or they simply don't know how to do it because they don't have the right tools for it.

The purging of the shadow has been going on for a while but it has reached another tipping point in the last few weeks and days. Those who are sensitive to energy are feeling the intense energetic shifts.

All the fears, insecurities, self-centred agendas of the collective and everything that is not in alignment with the new frequency become visible and transparent.

As Gandhi once said ~ 'Be the change that you wish to see in the world.' The best way to support these shifts is to do the inner work and be aware of our own frequency and behaviour patterns and pay special attention to any suppressed or repressed emotions.

It takes constant courage and determination to choose LOVE in the midst of difficulties and adversity.

The more clean up work you have done over the last year(s) and the truer you can stay to your heart, your true essence ~ the easier it will be. Nonetheless the majority will be affected by the shifts because we are part of the collective.

So start your awesome 2018 now. And get ready for inner revolution where a final letting go of important things ~ which took a while to drop will takes place, leading us to brand new places full of adventures, out of our comfort zones.

It’s time to rebuild, to experience at the same time the different layers of life ~ the sacred and private spaces that we only visit on our own, as well as our very physical existence ~ we are Part Of.

Time to integrate and to reconcile the parts.

Time to go beyond what seems contradictory, to go past New-agey excuses for withdrawal, isolation or superiority. Time to make it all work, time to create what’s happy on the different planes of our human and soul experiences.

Time to create, what we will call the Sacred Life.
