Sounds like a great idea, @flauwy. It would be nice to see a decentralized anonymous CAPCHA scheme being serviced by the under top 20 active listed witnesses for a small transaction fee from the reward pool. Thats a great idea! I just read your post "Steem Investor Guide" and learned a lot from it. The way Steem is being elaborated is fascinating. I'm not a developer, I'm a musician, but I want getting deeper and deeper in this steemworld.
