WHAT IS CONVENTMENT???

The aim aim to become the 'Internet of Cannabis Logistics' by connecting
businessesin the legal cannabis industry. Businessesusing Conventment become a
member of the Conventment Distributed Ledger Alliance (DLA) Center which
enable inventory details and live B2B communication. Businessesand
organization can connect with one another, request products, contract forms,
share ideas, discussservicesand more. With productsbeing connected to low-cost
RFID or NFCtags, the inventory can be updated in real-time. Aside from
general inventory, shipmentsare also tracked in the DLACenter which can be used
to resolve supply and lossprevention issues.

The legal cannabis industry is currently projected to hit $ 57 billion worldwide and
$ 25 billion in the USA alone by 2027. Reports and studies are being steadily
released which supports the positive effects of cans such as the effectiveness of
being a form of medication for a surprisingly large number of illnesses. With the
widespread awareness in the media about the potential benefits of cannabis, the
demand has grown dramatically over the last few years and investors are paying
close attention.

CNVT Token Details
The CNVT token is a decentralized ERC20 token based on the Ethereum network. CNVT will be utilized in the DLA Center's upcoming B2B Bidding function for grow centers and manufacturers. Aside from being used as funding through the TGE, CNVT has the potential to be a viable form of payment in dispensaries.

TGE Details
In August, Conventment will launch a private sale through the TGE which will last 1 week. Unsold tokens from the private sale will be transferred to the public sale which takes place in September. 75% of the total CNVT supply will be available during the public sale.
The TGE will end immediately once 45% of the Hard Cap is obtained.

How to work the DLA Center???

The DLA Center will also enable businesses to exchange new ideas and help one
another with potential supply issues. Product, batch and testing information is also
accessible through the DLA Center. Payments will also be processed through the
DLA Center by shops and dispensaries where Conventment will charge 1% of each
transaction made. Over time, the DLA Center will become it's own middleware
which will become available to use at no additional charge.

All organizations and businesses in the legal cannabis industry that utilize
Conventment will be required to become a member of the Conventment DLA and
connect through the DLA Center which is currently the main user interface for
Conventment. With the ledger constantly being updated by a number of different
sources, businesses can quickly consult one another as mentioned. The DLA Center
displays information such as inventory and plant statistics from other business or
organizations that are also a part of the DLA.
