In L.A. on the 17th May 2018, Elon Musk unveiled his final plans for the "Loop" - an underground network of tunnels to transport commuters at 150 mph around the Los Angeles area.

Elon having spent hours sat in traffic on Interstate 405 decided last year to one day rid the city of traffic with the worlds largest network of tunnels stretching from LAX to Downtown L.A to Sherman Oaks.

Although extremely ambitious and very capital intensive the utilisation of new Tunnel Boring Technology could potentially make this endeavour very profitable as it could potentially cut Gasoline consumption by cars in L.A by over 40% by 2033.
