Day 2212 | Long Morning Walk & 90-Minutes Yoga (27k+ Steps)
It was a solid and active monday with many steps and also another Hot Yoga Class in the evening. I also continue to drop some weight toward my 64kg-65kg goal. The football match at the end didn't really turn out as I had anticipated ending me with a small loss there on the week and I also didn't really have much social contact so it by no means was a perfect day. Still pretty solid though and I'm glad that I continue to get in the activity.
I think monday was the day where I did the most steps the last 3 Weeks since I started the habit to do 100k weekly. An extended morning walk along with a walk to and from the yoga studio ended me at 27103 on the day putting me well on my way to reach the 100k a 4th week in a row.

Today Goals: Tuesday should be really busy with some productivity early on, a walk to the asian supermarket, going for a swim & a 2-Hour walk with our dog. In the evening I have a social matched speed dating event planned which I'm not expecting anything from but it should get me back a bit more in a mindset of meeting new people.
