Today I want to share some benefits of hair care we all know thst we want that we look so beautiful and so elegant we always take care care of our skin ALLAH ALMIGHTY blessed us a very beautiful and allah created us very beautiful with the perfect features it gives us a very beautiful organ and we want that it may lead to increase the extra ordinary beauty
Along with this we protect our skin our nail and our hair which enhance our beauty and increase more beauty and hair play a very important role in our beauty and external look I believe that weather man or women hair play a huge important role in our external beauty and our look

But the most important thing related to our hair that is many thing available in the market to the name of medicated and herbal which is not enough because there are many dangerous and toxic chemical mixed in it and when we apply it becomes our roots weak and dull and at the result we face many problems like hair fall and dull hair and very important thing that is the grey hair
Therefore we should not follow the any advice and any talk I just apply the home remedies at home and which is tell my mother tips that is the much better but It depend on our diet if we take proper diet like fish mutton multi vitamin food and vegetables fresh juice then you see after few days your hair become healthy and nourishing and I am not use the special shampoo I try my best that I use home remedies on my hair

I have use many remedies at home but the most effective result of this one remedy which is coconut oil capsule of vitamin E and aleo vera gel

how to apply
Take a 3 teaspoon of aleo Vera gel in a bowl add some coconut oil and 2 capsule of vitamin E mixed it very well then you can apply this on your hair after 2 hours wash your hair and you can see the better result of your hair after the some use of this remedy your hair will be smooth shiny and thick look
