Steem4nigeria Accelerator contest week 42: The Brain Box
Hello friends welcome to my blog.
Sure, it gives great Joy to a parent to see or hear that their kids are referred to as "brain box". I can remember those days in school when we had our speech and prize-giving, if any of my siblings or I were given an award for good performance you would notice how proud my parents felt. You could practically see the expression on their faces.
As a mother today, I have come to understand such feelings. In my children's school, there is an award given every week to students who perform well in different subjects and my son does well in mathematics. You can imagine the feeling I have during this moment. I am a queen mother and more in such moments.
So whenever the pictures of Hall of Fame Awardees are published on the school page for their excellent performance and I see my son as the best in mathematics feel so happy about that. I walk majestically during school runs to pick them up whether they know about my ego or not.
I understand a brain box to be a highly intelligent and smart person who has retentive knowledge. A brain box can also be used to define a person who reads too many books or articles and is knowledge-filled.
A brain box is always looked up to for answers to difficult questions.
My immediate elder sister is a brain box. She is so good that whatever she reads or learns sticks, when we are growing up any subject we have difficulty she teaches us in a way we understand better.
She is also smart in other skills. Whatever she does, she does well and excellently. She is someone who does not have to struggle or read for too long to understand and she has a calm personality.
Some very intelligent people are born brain box, they require no work or effort for it to manifest. While some people require little push.
A person can improve to become a brain box, it can be achieved through determination, discipline and extra work.
Some children do not do well in school with just schoolwork. but when their parents enrol them in extra-moral classes for a little, you see them pick up.

Every parent desire is to see or heard that your kids are been called brain box, it gives them great joy. Because there's no time you will throw any questions at them that they will not give you the accurate answer.
I agreed with that with an extra-moral class, a supposed dull child will pick up ., thank you for the valid points.
