Good morning everyone.
Hope you all are well and healthy. I begin today's writing by praying that you all have a great day.
You all know that every week I share the engagement report of all users in the community. So today I'm going to share with you all, through this post last week's engagement report.
Hope you all will read the engagement report and try to improve your activities. Last week our community contest ended. While your participation is admirable, but the engagement of all users in the community has decreased significantly.I hope you all will understand after reading today's engagement report.
You all know that since last week, as per the instructions of our admin ma'am engagement of all the users of the community as well as the moderators, have to be mention in this engagement report.
That's why I'm first sharing the Moderators' Engagement Report with you.

Lastly I will share the engagement report of those new users who join our community very recently. Who have not yet received the member tag from the community. In fact, according to the rules of the community, you have to work for a month by following all the rules of the community, only then we can give you a member tag.
Because consistency is one of the many rules of our community. We can give you a member tag from the community only after understanding how willingly you all want to work in the community.

প্রতি সপ্তাহের মতো এই সপ্তাহের এনগেজমেন্ট আপনি খুব সুন্দর করে আমাদের সবার মাঝে উপাস্থাপন করেছেন ৷ এবং এই এনগেজমেন্ট অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য তুলে ধরার চেষ্টা করে থাকেন ৷ তাই আমাদের নিজেদের এংগেজমেন্ট বৃদ্ধি করতে হবে সেইদিকে আমাদের খেয়াল রাখতে হবে ৷ তাছাড়াও আমাদের কমিউনিটিতে বেশ কয়েকজন নতুন সদস্য যোগ হয়েছে তারা এখন সদস্য ট্যাগ পায়নি। তাই নতুন ইউজারদের একমাস নিয়মিত রুলস মেনে কাজ করলে তারা সদস্য ট্যাগ পাবে তাও আপনার পোস্ট টা পড়ে জানতে পারলাম।
তাই পরিশেষে আপনাকে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ জানাই আমাদের মাঝে সাপ্তাহিক এনগেজমেন্ট রিপোর্ট টা পাবলিশ করার জন্য। ভালো থাকবেন আপু
যাক আলহামদুলিল্লাহ,,, প্রতি সপ্তাহের মত এ সপ্তাহেও আপনি সাপ্তাহিক এনগেজমেন্ট রিপোর্ট,,,, খুব সুন্দর ভাবে আমাদের সাথে উপস্থাপন করেছেন।
আসলে একটা পোস্ট ভেরিফাই করা এবং এনগেজমেন্ট রিপোর্ট তৈরি করার মধ্যে অনেক পার্থক্য! আমি কালকে একটু ঘাঁটাঘাঁটি করলাম! দেখলাম যে একটা পোস্ট ভেরিফাই করতেই অনেক সময় লাগে! সে ক্ষেত্রে আপনারা এত কষ্ট করে কাজ করেন এবং এত সুন্দর ভাবে এংগেজমেন্ট রিপোর্ট আমাদের সাথে উপস্থাপন করেন! আসলে আপনাদেরকে ধন্যবাদ দেয়াটাও খুব ছোট হয়ে যায়! এর চাইতে বড় কিছু যদি দেয়ার মত থাকতো,,,, আমি অবশ্যই দিতাম।
অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ আপনাকে,,, আপনার জন্য অনেক অনেক শুভকামনা রইল! ভালো থাকবেন।
প্রতি সপ্তাহের মতই এই সপ্তাহের সাপ্তাহিক রিপোর্ট আপনি বেশ সুন্দর ভাবে আমাদের মাঝে তুলে ধরেছেন ৷ রিপোর্ট গুলো তৈরি করতে আসলেই অনেক পরিশ্রম করতে হয় ৷ তারপর একটি রিপোর্ট তৈরি করতে হয় ৷ তার সাথে আমাদের এনগেজমেন্ট বৃদ্ধি করতে হবে ৷

It is great to see that user engagement has increased significantly this week compared to last week. The competition ended last week. You have presented this engagement report very nicely. Here are the new users who have not received the sacrifice yet. They will be provided with continuity. All activities have some sequence or rules to follow.
