A natural cure for everything, all meds are liver toxic. If the disease does not kill you the meds will.
High blood pressure is cured by drinking beetroot juice, it's that simple. NOT OUT OF A CARTON, CAN or BOTTLE
Get yourself a cheap juicer and juice beetroot and apple, tastes lovely and you'll feel a lot better. Organic if you can get it, try to find your local farmers market for real food.
Supermarkets do NOT SELL FOOD only FACTORY food.
I have LOW blood pressure. Should I still drink beetroot juice? I will definitely try to find a farmers market. I live in the city but there must be one somewhere around here. I went to a hand specialist last Friday and after Z-rays I was told that I have arthritis and carpal tunnel but I was advised NOT to have surgery for the carpal tunnel. I had no plans to have surgery and I didn't ask about it, so I was surprised that he told me not to have surgery. Most docs want to cut. He told me to take B-6 once a day. Thanks again for your help. : )
