Atte ki sbjee
At first, add water to as needed and then take the water.
- Open this dough under water in the running water, so that its starch can be removed. This leftover dough is called grinder.
- Cut this dough into a square or tricolor shape.
Now put oil in a heavy bottom pan and keep it warm to medium heat.
When the oil becomes hot, add teaspoon, cloves and remaining standing spices in it and then fry it with garam masala powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder.
Then add grinder to it and fry it on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Then add salt and yogurt to it and cook for 1-2 minutes. Then add half a cup of water to it, for five to seven minutes, or two to boil, cook it and stop the flame. - The dough's vegetable is ready. Serve it with such food or rice.
