400 gram rice 400 gram chicken 2 cup water 1/2 cup milk 2 onions 4 green chilies 4 cloves 4 cardamom 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp red chilli 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp lemon juice 2 tsp ghee 2 t spoon green coriander flavor

Instructions

To make Lakhnavi Biryani, first heat the ghee in a pan, add finely chopped onion and fry it on a low flame. After some time the onion color will change, add ginger garlic paste and mix it.

Now put chicken pieces in this mixture and fry them on a low flame. In this mixture, add green chilli, milk, red chili, salt, black pepper and fry all the mixture. Leave it for a while to cook.

When this mixture gets cooked, turn off the gas and keep the mixture covered. Now put rice, long and cardamom in water in a vessel and put it on the gas to cook rice.

After some time the rice will be cooked, then close the gas and filter the rice by straining it apart. Now put rice in a vessel, put a mixture of chicken mixture made on top of it and pour rice juice again.

In this way take 2-3 layers. Garnish with coriander and decorate it with your delicious Lakhnavi biryani. Prepare it with curd or ethics.
