Only because we are predictably stupid. If we stopped using their products (where possible), for how long would they survive?
For instance, I can understand leftists and snowflakes still using Twitter, but why are conservative waiting to get booted out? I never signed up, but if I had, I would have cancelled a long time ago.

How many people are still using Google? I stopped and blocked it from being used wherever I can...but then I clicked on Search at top of Steemit page and it opened Google, setting me in their target sights again!!
