Update on My Hoarder House Flip with the Dead Snake
I bought a house that was occupied by tenants a few months ago. Technically it was 6 months ago I bought it and it took a few months to get the tenants out. They had left the house themselves but left their animals there. We ended up having to evict them, which was not fun. Luckily they got their animals out before the eviction, but the animals had been living in the house for months on their own with owners coming by occasionally to feed them. It was a mess. When we did the election we found a dead snake in a cage which had been there a long time. You can see that video below:
We finally started working on the house a few weeks ago and it is so much better now!! You can see the updated video Below:

Way to keep it going. At least with the snake being in a cage you know there are not others all over the house.

I grew up with my grandparents having one of the first house building businesses in Northern Michigan, there were like 6 super talented guys that worked on custom built to last epic homes! I miss the smell of fresh wood being cut in the teeny tiny mill they had. Good luck with your endeavors.... Looks like you will be busy for awhile!
