New House Flip Bought Complete With Syringes!

I see a lot of things when buying houses. Some good and some bad. Today's house was more on the bad side than good. A lot of junk in the house including syringes!

I bought the house for $215k from the MLS, will spend about $35k on the repairs and hope to sell it for $315k. There will also be about $20k in carrying and selling costs.
