Mountain posture (Tadasana)
Tadasana is one of the most basic postures, so it's also like the "mother of yoga postures" that help you regain balance and ensure your digestive system works. This posture focuses on the process of breathing, thereby enhancing psychological well-being, reducing stress and improving blood circulation. Tadasana is capable of keeping the mind awake, concentrating, promoting energy and regulating the mind. You can do it at any time of the day, at least 10-20 seconds or 5 deep breaths.

Tree posture (Vrikshasana)
Vrikshasana is also known as a tree posture because it is capable of balancing the body through a tree-shaped stand. This is the most suitable posture for beginner yoga, which should be done in the morning when the abdomen is empty and the mind is relaxed. If there are no conditions, people can still practice the tree posture in the middle of the afternoon, or before dinner to relax.

Tree posture strengthens the strength of the spinal bone and supports the activity of the muscular nerve. This posture improves mood, keeps you calm. Thanks to the ability to invigorate the entire body, this yoga postures increase endurance, concentration, confidence and reduce the burden on the nervous system .
