YEP, that's me. And probably you too! I actually stumbled on this class during my worst bout of severe sciatica I've ever had earlier this year. Adriene's gentile instruction and calm pace is SO nice. When you have that kind of searing back pain there's a lot of fear that comes a long with movement. This class is perfect for that.
