The Air Walk

in yoga •  last month

This improv pose kinda looks like a running man mixed with a classic air walk. This was a lot harder than it looks, too. The applied pressure on the right wrist was fairly extreme. Most of my weight, almost all of 170 Ibs., was being placed on the fingertips, up into my working wrist fascia. Definitely not an easy move, but it looks sorta cool, no?

I don’t even know if this is a “yoga pose,” and if so, what it’s even called. But I don’t think the details really matter all that much. What matters most is how engaging the intentions for intuition and insight are for personal growth.

Hi conradsupberg, fantastic position. As long as you get what you want and your body benefits keep going. Listening to intuition always works for me too.

I guess that’s all that matters! Thanks Angie :-)

Those wrists must have been flared up afterwards! Good stuff!
