Stretching it out and letting it go, this is the way to release the unwanted energy that may be present within. Any stress build up, tension, and unwanted energy shall vanish by finding the breath in the Child’s Pose. Sink back and feel the full stretch. Push the hands down and back and feel the stretch of the underarms, too. It’s such a fantastic position for a full body stretch, you just have to find, resonate, and enjoy it while it lasts.
