How to do marichiaasan
To do this, sit straight on some mat in the ground. Your donation feet should be adjacent to the front. Place both hands on the side and keep your head and waist straight. Now let's move one foot upward, in this situation your knee foot should kneel to the chest. The second leg should be straightforward. Then move the upper part of your waist in the opposite direction of the curved leg with the pressure. Tilt the legs folded with both hands. Take a deep breath and stay in this situation for a minute.
