There are times we hesitate in trying to reach our dreams. We tend to be pessimistic on the outcome even if we haven't started doing something yet. We are thinking that our efforts will be useless if we dream the impossible.

Think about the college dropout billionaires. They would not be as successful right now if they did not start taking steps to make their goals within their reach. Bill Gates wouldn't have made Microsoft and Mark Zuckerberg with Facebook. Even if they dropped out of college, it was not a hindrance to become successful. They had ideas, worked on it and never gave in to criticisms. There wouldn't be scientific discoveries if scientists and inventors gave up on their first try. Thomas Edison made 1,000 unsuccessful attempts before inventing the light bulb or the Wright brothers who had failed prototypes but eventually created the first airplane.

Fear and laziness are great obstacles that could block that very first step to success. Overcoming them can really make a difference. Honestly, I do have those tendencies to question my capabilities. Slowly, I'm pushing myself beyond my comfort zone. I'm beginning to take risks and putting aside my fears.
