#freewriting - A kind of creature
"A creature of absolute convictions" I have not the slightest idea what this means so I have to ask around.
Google and one of my kids do not make me any wiser so time to split up the words and see what it will bring me. To be honest it does not sound positive, although what I have in mind about the word "convictions" is not bad at all, neither is the translation or are the synonyms.
There is nothing wrong with a strong believe or opinion, especially not if it comes with: knowing oneself, education and self esteem.
Might be it sounds negative if it comes with prejudices, aggression and being unworldly?
If it comes to it I might be a person of convictions and in some cases absolute convictions as well, which does not mean I am not willing to learn from other people, I am deaf and blind, or I like to be in the centre of attention. On the contrary. I live my life mainly alone. I am non stop busy thinking. I do read a lot and yes I do question a lot as well and now I need to catch some extra sleep. I need to recover.

I like the effor you put into discovering the unfamiliar. I agree, convictions can be positive. It is a curious phrase, to be sure.
