That first lost tooth hurt me more than it did her
My daughter lost her first tooth a few days ago.
I had a hard time with that.
There would now be ADULT teeth!
ADULT!
When we first discovered it was wiggling I got more upset about that than when she went to Kindegarten.
And then to make matters worse, we lost the tooth.
She swallowed it in her pancakes.
Ugh!
I had to hug her and tell her the tooth fairy was still going to come.
The tooth fairy wrote a note on official tooth fairy stationary telling her that "of course she would still visit her!"
No one told me how much that first lost tooth would hurt.
Your doughter is so cute... You are very lucky your daughter is so beautiful

Aww, she's a sweetheart! My godmother actually had the first tooth that I lost placed on charm that went on her charm bracelet. You won't be doing that, obviously...it's the little stepping stones of growing up that make our memories!
