Bagi sebagian dari kita, kopi merupakan suatu hal yang penting di saat pagi hari. Bahkan beberapa dari kita akan lebih memilih minum kopi dari pada sarapan di pagi hari. Padahal, kebiasaan ini dalam keadaan perut masih kosong akan dapat merusak kesehatan, apalagi kalau kita rentan terhadap perut kembung.
