Importance of FRIENDS in times of trouble – UNWIND to stress free

In the world of job there’s always a stress where most of our time are spend so much on our work. Either physically, mentally and emotionally.

PHYSICALLY – our body moves frequently until we become exhausted to successfully obtain and finish respective work before the day ends.

MENTALLY – when certain rare problem arises which needs immediate resolution.

EMOTIONALLY – when urgent things or reports are compelled to comply and be submitted on time but were not able to finish until finally scolded by immediate superiors or conflicts between subbordinates sometimes inevitably happens.

Together with my fellow colleagues we were able to hang out after work and having fun listening to band performers and of course EATING our favorite food delicacies are the common thing we are always doing going out. We have gone to place near TIMES BEACH RESORT in a certain restaurant to make our UNWIND activity.

Getting into this activity “UNWIND” makes us cool and stress free.

FRIENDS ON OUR COMMUNITY are also relevant at this moment since they are the person whom we can talked with, supports and listens to us when we are in deep emotions.

So let us remember we work in order to survive but to enjoy life is also a part of our everyday living. Let us not also forget that in the middle of hardship GOD is always there to comfort us.
