I love the sound of the rain
Not the best of rhythmic sound
But I love to hear it as it eases my pain
I always enjoy the effect on the floor with its pound
It makes me light up and get excited as a businessman with a lot of gains
When it rains I always love to be homebound
I love the freshness and the coolness it brings
When you draw near to me, I bet my heart sings
It gives me courage, and I don’t drink red bull but it gives me wings
Sometimes I imagine smiling and everyone sees my teeth in blings
When it rains, I stand outside and observe, like I have watched many kings
Except that you won’t find on my fingers many rings
When I was younger I run outside when it rains
On getting back inside I know I will get some cane
The thrill that the rain brings make me forget the pain
Oh countless times have I been under it to train
You feel so cold sometimes you feel the freeze in your brain
When it rains I feel my energy restored and not drain
I have always enjoyed the coolness and the sound
When it rains I feel my body relaxed and think clear
I enjoy the feel of freshness my body enjoys
I really cannot bear the sweats trickling down in heat
I would never want it any other way than have it rain
Today, it rained all day and I felt the touch on my body
Rain has its own downsides especially when it comes with storm
It makes you get worried and you feel your skin crawl like a worm
I always love when the clouds come together to form
You hear the loud sound and everyone takes cover
I love to stand and absorb the wonder
Even with the downsides, I love it when it rains.

The descent of the clear water crystals on the streets, makes everyone go to save themselves. The rain has been able to wash away the dust on the streets, giving life a semblance of drought, sweeping away the sadness of the universe.
The Universe is always waiting for the rain. Waiting for a little bit of the meaning of life. Awakening daydreams. Running chase amid the chill of nature. Ah, the rain is always able to attract sense to reveal the meaning. I was too fascinated by him.
Nothing more exciting than watching the rain. See and feel her presence. And because of it, I became too often fell in love. On Mother's smile. On a great longing for Dad. On the sincerity of brother's affection. On the cuteness of twin sister. In children who sincerely pray. In the statue of istiqamah make everyone happy. Ever since I was a kid , I love to play in the rain cause a good sleep is what follows . Rain is a blessing to humanity I must confess. The farmers smiles when it rains , the coolness after the rain brings about a peaceful feeling. I love it when it rains all day cause it got me married to my Juana ...😀
Hahahahahahahaha i grew up wishing i was married anytime it rains because i do feel when it rains, you must be cold, and for married people, you would want to keep warm. Hahaha. Now i know better. I want to absorb and soak up the sweet feelings that comes when it rain. I just love the sound and the sight.

The rhythm of this poetry is so superb I couldn't even stop singing it with the powerful rhyme scheme adopted and the choice of words which is simple and convey the message well enough. (Abab) rhymes all through.
Wow, I could remember vividly when I used to go out in the play with just my pant to explore nature in its uniqueness and simplicity, I couldn't even care whether I'm going to catch cold later in the day due to exposing myself in the falling rain. I always anticipate when it will rain soon, up till now, I still have the feeling as I have toppled the past once again.
Of course everyone should like it when it rains cos it's always cool, not hot as Sun do. Fruits and vegetables are always enough and cheap when it rains

The rain can be so refreshing at times and so calm, so relaxing as to have a very serene day in your house. It is not all the time since there are occasions when it becomes "violent" and it ruins our day, when it matches with a very strong wind.
In most cases I like the rain, it eliminates the heat of the strong sun in the summer and many times it allows us to see a rainbow later, it is definitely very necessary.
