You sound like you know this for a fact? I mean.. I tend to agree with you and I think you're probably right even though I don't know that much about the subject, though.. I have to wonder how much we can know about some of these things unless we're one of the ones involved at high levels? And I'm not, so.. I dunno what to think really.
