Choose Your Own Adventure stories, exclusively for Steemit!

Confused? Don't be. This isn't one of my projects. Rather, I'm looking to provide wider exposure for the hard work my talented friend @noelletwine has been putting into her Choose Your Own Adventure stories lately.

I don't have to ask if you remember CYOA books from your childhood, everybody does. You'll start reading for the novelty and nostalgia, but keep reading because @noelletwine actually is a remarkably talented author who just needs a bit of help to get noticed.

She has published four such stories so far. The first is The Interview, in which you're being interrogated amidst the military invasion of a city and must make correct decisions to escape with your life.

The second is titled The Salamander, an outrageously charming dark fantasy tale of a child who is pulled into another world populated by giant talking frogs and salamanders, who then must navigate this world and choose her allegiance carefully in order to survive. (Of the four listed here, this is my favorite, with The Deathlands a close second.)

The third is titled The Party. In this tale from antiquity, you're a house cat at a fancy party who must save the life of your dear friend. How many CYOA stories have you read in which you're a cat? I thought as much!

@noelletwine's most recent and ambitious CYOA tale is The Deathlands, a fantasy adventure which starts out cute and engrossing but quickly becomes a harrowing fight for life against terrifying monsters. Do you have what it takes to save your tribe from giant insects? Do you? WELL DO YOU?? >:0
