I did understand it. There's the main character that witnesses how a little girl is about to get run over and her mother...
There should not be a "he" in the last sentence ..it should be "she".
With all due respect, I don't think I'm confused ... My paragraph describes how the woman saves a little girl from being run over on her way to her mother. Of that, I speak.
