This is a review about a song by Norwegian synth-pop band "A-ha" which it's called "Take on me"
Today I came back with a Norwegian synth-pop band A-ha and their special song "Take On Me" which was released in 1984. its original version was produced by Tony Mansfield (English songwriter, musician and record producer) & remixed by John Ratcliff, but its newer version was produced by Alan Tarney for the group's debut studio album in 1985 and it's called "Hunting High and Low" it was combined Synth Pop with Instruments like Acoustic Guitars, Keyboards, Drums.

Its music video was directed by Steve Barron, In its music video there is pencil-sketch sequence of band in a live-action. and some scenes with actors and actresses.
The song has an energetic beat and it starts with an Electronic Drums which performs a Rock n Roll pattern, there is synthesizer keys and bass line and then its catchy melody starts in 00:20 , the vocals are really heartful and full of passion and when the Back vocal pads added behind it it makes it so dreamy, I love both verse parts and chorus part of this song, sometimes a song does not have all equally great parts but I think in this song the vocals melody are great in all the parts of the song, the vocalist is using falsetto and head voice in this song with a deep and powerful voice, in 1:57 there is a instrumental section which we can hear some inspiration from another classical piece in the synth keys (Flight Of The Bumblebee by Rimsky Korsakov) which it fits well in that part, and it is mixed with the main melody of the song, after the last verse and chorus it keeps singing the chorus while the back vocals keep singing and he is adding more power to his voice in the ending part, the song ends with some soft pads and synth chords and arpeggio.
