XPILAR's Digital Image Writing Competition(95) ~ Journey to the Hidden Valley of Sentul Village

This whole story started when we were given a picture that was drawn by the famous artist XPILAR. In the picture, a boat was heading towards this gateway of two islands. After querying around finally someone told us that place is called The Hidden Valley of Sentul Village that is located just nearby Gombak River. The place is in the confluence of Klang River and Gombak River and was hidden by some islands. This place is so hidden that you cannot find them in Google Maps. How about the satellite view? Not a trace as well. Well, that made us more curious and grew our interests by the day. The beautiful stunning picture showed a boat on the way into some sort of a gateway between two islands. The beautiful calm water with the birds flew in the charming blue sky just so inviting, what a killer view!

In order to investigate the matter further, we sent a scout to find a reliable source to go there. After a few days of scouting, our guy brought back good news for us. A guy by the name of Selamat will take us to Sentul Village. According to Selamat the best day to go there is when the water is in high tide because that is the only way that we can get through the gateway where the two islands meet. What made us shocked was that the islands that we saw in the picture are artificial islands, which are man-made. Selamat also said the boat in the picture was his boat. He was carrying some Steemians who were doing stories after they saw the picture done by XPILAR, it seems that this picture has gone viral that made some of them decided to go to Sentul Village. We are so happy to learn that we might be meeting some Steemian friends when we go there.

So it has been decided then, it’s about time we all made it out on the water and that we are going to visit the Hidden Valley of the Sentul Village. May we find great discovery from the Hidden Valley of that Man-Made Island. Looking at XPILAR's photo I feel like rhyming.. Row, row, row your boat, Gently down the stream, Merrily merrily, merrily, merrily... Life is but a dream. Most importantly... Life is an opportunity, benefit from it.
