Sticky Mango Rice with Coconut Milk (Pulut Mangga Santan)
Hello Steemians! I would like to introduce you to a fantastic dessert Sticky Mango Rice with Coconut Milk or in Malay 'Pulut Mangga Santan'. Who will not love this dessert, the rice so soft, the fresh sliced mangoes so sweet and the aroma of 'santan' (coconut milk) just completes the tasting experience. I had a great pleasure of tasting this dessert while visiting Pak Jen's Restaurant at Quill City Mall Kuala Lumpur. Sadly due to the pandemic, the restaurant had to be closed down. I hope this restaurant will continue to open elsewhere so that I can eat this wonderful dessert again.
