The entry you have made has motivated me to decide to comment on your work. And the motivation is twofold, on the one hand because I consider that health workers are essential in the world in which we live, and that is to be appreciated. I believe that you are 'in the front line' and we do not value it enough. On the other hand my congratulations to both you and mysky for such a positive outlook on life. That pasta with pesto says a lot about him and also about you, because I'm sure you deserve it.
Finally I would like to tell you that this food is one of my favorites, besides the pesto I make it in a totally handmade way. In the Mediterranean we have the advantage that the ingredients of this wonderful sauce are easy to find and of very good quality. Basil, nuts, cured cheese and above all, the best olive oil in the world ... just mix them in the right proportion and 'voila!

It is good to know that Pasta with Pesto is also your favourite. There are many different recipes, this summer I am going to prepare myself pesto from fresh bough ingredients on German market. It will be much time on summer holiday and it is always good to experiemnt with something.
