The World of XPILAR - B&W PHOTOGRAPHY AND ART CONTEST WEEK #148 -

Hello everyone, hello World of Xpillar, i hope everyone here's doing great. This is my first time of engaging a contest in this community and i hope i am welcomed here.

Today i want to engage in the contest "B&W PHOTOGRAPHY AND ART CONTEST WEEK #148" with the picture taken originally by me with my own phone. Below are some of the few reason i took the picture and the inspiration behind it.

On one faithful day in the evening, i came out of my apartment just to stroll around and exercise my body a little by walking and then i noticed the sun was setting. While walking i closely observed the sun setting slowly, at that point i enjoyed the view because every other place was dark except the sky and this was because of the buildings and structures blocking the light of the sun from reaching out to every other surface. Though the sun was setting but if only there was no blockages, it will reflect to every other surface of the earth. I Kept on moving up to higher ground just to see the lights because i preferred light to darkness and i enjoy viewing the light to darkness. I later took a picture of the view i was having at that moment because something came to my mind at that point.

As i began to think about the whole scenerio something came to my mind and i think it is something we should look into as humans.
Sometimes, we as human beings have these bad habits and dubious attitude that may be preventing favours and blessings of the almighty in our lifes. Our bad deeds may stand as those blockages and barriers preventing the blessings (the light) from manifesting in our lifes(the earth surface). It is just natural for good things to happen to people with good deeds and vise versa.
In conclusion, let us look beyond the pictures, and ask our selves if we are doing thing the right way because no matter how hidden your deeds are, the universe is watching.

This is indeed a wonderful contest to engage in and i will like to see the story and meaning behind your pictures on this contest, i will also like to invite my friends @solexybaba @samuelebuka @gidsbrown and every other steemian to engage in this contest.
