The workers have had a day off from work on 1 May, and therefore this day is holy and public in the places where this day is celebrated when we are here!
So, the societies and the countries have changed themselves from time to time, and from place to place! And we are just perceived warm welcome in the countries today, there are brand image of all kinds among the people and related to what people think and feel and believe when we are here at earth while being alive in the life just as it is and can be.
So, love and friendly manners are the main points today, and we are warm where we meet each other as humans, and we are inclusive, and nobody is excluded unless we have the reasons for doing that when doing what we are doing while being here. So, we should have service in the organizations today, and there should be service heroes, and we should have cozy meeting places and the best culture places and culture perception and culture philosophy of the days we are having when being where we are from time to time and from place to place while we are here where we are. And today, people want the nations to be warm, and there should not be too many protests of different kinds around the world, and people should get what they want when they require what they are doing when being here where they are.
So, the workers should be accepted and respected, and in history they have done the worst working operations in the firm, where there are least requirements for doing something that is manifested in different courses in the business schools and the universities, while things are as they are. And this day is a liberty day for the workers and a day being off the working operations, and every business manner from production to sale and service and back in the value chain should be appreciated, and we should make a margin where we are while we are here. And people, employees and employers should have the leisure time as they protect and defend and want while we are in the life alone and together in groups and in nations while we are here where we are.
This day with 1 May is the international day of struggle of the workers' movement, and workers need freedom just as anybody else living and working and operating in the countries where we are while we are here. And the day of 1 May which many of us are not working on, and which many people just have free to do nothing or other things than the work, has historically come as a initiative from trade unions in the United States dating back to the 19th century, when people were as they were when being in the life.
This day with 1 May has actually being marked for the first time already back to 1890, and the day was not an official flag day back to after the war, in 1947 to be like the day was when being here. And we have many nice songs with many in addition to that the 17th May is the national day in Norway, and these songs are for instance: May we have light and clear and Come May, so Nice and so Mild, and the spring is often at its best either in April or in May when we are perceiving what we are as humans while we are here.
The tradition with 1 May started in Chicago in 1886, when 200 000 American workers demonstrated to get the wanted eight-hour day. And since 1886, there have been many demonstrations around the world fighting for more liberty and being heard in all kinds of levels in the societies, and for getting the human rights just as they are when we have them, and also excluding the rights if we did not agree in them, and that they sometimes were a bit stupid, and intelligent and sensible moves are the moves we are wanted when being here.
And during the last part of the 1800s, there were human rights among the workers coming into full bloom. This was the date the new labor movement stated their energy and power, their rules and norms and their requirements of being working and contributing to the welfare just as the life was a working journey while we are here and there.
Good luck with the freedom and the diversity in the life! And 1 May if also for perceiving different cultures, and for asking critical issues and questions and problems! Nobody at any levels does not perceive the right human life philosophy, and we are just selecting something with being humans as we are, and we are all in the human nature in the nature, and we should find and discover ourselves through the journey of life! Who are you and me? Where are we coming from? Where is the reality coming from? We are dwelling with some of the big problems in the life mentioned here.
