On perceiving gender equality and equal worth among the genders, and being every day with and without any script while we are as we are!
In the second government of Gro Harlem Brundtland in the period 1986 to 1989, there were eight women of totally 18 ministers, and this was 44 percent and it attracted international attention, when trying to put efforts and focus also on women to do important jobs in the society, and also in relation to other countries around us. And in her first government (1981), there were just and only four women including herself of 17 ministers. And Gro has put on the agenda our common present and future about who should were where we are, and there should be focus on education and research for both genders, and therefore gender equality has come to be there, and housewives should always get an education when they can, and intelligence and being properly and good in the schools are not always perfectly correlated, but we have the potential of always being best if we are fresh when being here like we are.
So, when believing in the Bible, we should believe in the facts there, but we are free to use education, and to take education on the schools at the highest level when we are here, and we should use our education programs to make progress and welfare where we are, and we should fill the organizations with content and structure, when we know that there are nothing there being here as we are while we are here. So, where and why should there be equality among the genders, and things here are about knowledges, knowledges and even more knowledges.
In Norway, we have high degree of equality among the genders in the working life compared to other nations, and this is good, and there is not legal protection about doing discriminaton among the genders while we are here where we are. And this is including those with a higher level of English proficiency. This is about people who have an English level that exceeds basic levels, and we are just going on schools and working in research institutions where we want to be while we are here.
We should not bother, but we should use ourselves, and the competence and the education level is doing us qualified for many positions when we are here. And Roy Jacobsen is dead now, and he died on Saturday 18 October 2025, and he made many popular books like the unseen, the victors, white shadow, just a mother, child wonder and the burnt out – town of miracles, and more things, and Roy liked to write about the life and the experiences we are doing in our lives, and how we are growing up when growing up just as we have done in the life. And Roy Jacobsen liked to blank out life, and then find a sensible structure, and therefore he was loved by many persons, and we are just finding ourselves in the lives when we are here and there.
And there are many people not understanding ourselves, and the depth and the width we have in the nature and the human nature when being here, and we should do enough things to have emotional support and rational support when being here, and schools not following the authorities and what is happening, are denied to get state support, and hence we should follow things as they are and to do things in the right manners and orders and ways, and we should always be skeptical and in doubt, and this is how the life is being when being here.
We should have the schools in the same ways in many ways, and we should also have them different, and we can schools within the religions, and we should be just as good as everyone else with the courses we are having in the schools when being here, and we are just writing and saying essays and books and articles of any kinds of the human mind and the human nature, and we are here just to love the things while we are here.
And we should always ask for the education level and the research background, and where there are foundations for doing and not doing things, and whether we believe in things among employees in the universities and in the business schools, and we are constantly in doubt and we are skeptical with anybody, and we are loving people being in domestic and in foreign environments when we are here as we are.
