RE: Photo experiments

I have one Helios turned to monocle by just taking out second glass i think. Quite a pleasant result at the end. Almost without focus, but you still have to keep the feeling of it anyway, which is damn hard task :)
By the way I use Magic Lattern on my Canon 6D, which has Peaking function. Helps a ton!

The monocle has one feature. it is advisable to position the diaphragm in front of the monocle. In the case of a converted Helios, the diaphragm is located behind the front glass.
I don’t know, in my monocle there are no problems with focusing. By the way, the artistic result depends on the value of the aperture. The more light, the more interesting the effects.
But these photos were taken by Gelis with the front glass turned upside down. The inner glass remained in place.
I don’t have Canon, I shoot on Sony, for him there is no such firmware. I am not familiar with this program.
I also want to make a monocle with the ability to shift the optical axis. Something like lensbaby :)
