I'm working out in my home.
Today the fitness center is closed, so I'm disappointed 😞 Now I'm working out in home. I'll ride a stationary bike and several sets of dumbbell press.
The weather is clean. But, the humidity is high. So I felt cold when I went to outside. I might continuously stay at home.
After finishing workouts, I'll practice English-speaking for 30 minutes.
