Love what you have cited here. If there's peace, respect, love, and harmony with your co-members then that would be great. Without it you wouldn't be at peace. It's also good to know that you have a good boss, who see's your efforts to do well on your job. Someone who will not impose their authority for you to respect them. Respect is earned not given anyways.

Yeah @acryptolover..What made me love my job more are the people whom I work with everyday. The friendship that we built is so rare and precious in this type of job that we have. :)
