MONSTER TRUCK LEARNS ABOUT TRACTORS
A family that works together gets more done!
For a few days now, @papa-pepper has been investing whatever time he can into grinding stumps down on the land for our driveway. We already have a culvert in, so now we need to remove the stumps.
Since @papa-pepper is already well into his thirties and just learning these skills, he figured that he had best give Monster Truck a head start, by showing him a few decades earlier.
For the most part, Monster Truck ran the PTO, which is what makes the stump grinder spin!
He did a good job and worked really hard for a very long time. Perhaps too hard for too long.
Just look at that! Sleeping on the job! You could get fired for that... well, if you were older than four years old and getting paid you could get fired for that. @Papa-pepper just let him sleep and enjoy his rest.

@papa-pepper , you worked that little pepper to hard today. You have to implement a better break system. Love it. Love seeing the little peppers playing a part in the daily activities. Thanks for the share.
Breaks? Papa never said anything about breaks other than, "You better not break it!"
It was just time for his nap. You can't let work stand in the way of a good afternoon nap.

It's so fulfilling teaching the little ones. Even more so when it is a skill you are simultaneously learning.

Now you strap some big blocks of wood to the peddles and let him tear up (I mean plow) the fields.
Although I no longer believe in tilling. No till is far better. But sometimes you need to till to get the garden started.

It really is nice when you can do something with your kids. Believe me they grow up so fast and all that time is gone. They all have their own lives to live so enjoy, but dont work them to hard LOL

He can use a nap some days anyways, so it may have just been that work conflicted with his previously scheduled day.
