How long does the dinosaur egg take to hatch?

in #wonders6 years ago

A small child is born after 9 months of gestation and hatching an ostrich egg after 42 days. In the film "Good Dinosaur", the hero of the movie Urlo came out of the egg, which is very small, but have you ever thought about how long the dinosaur egg can hatch?

A new study at the University of Florida suggests that a dinosaur egg needs 3 to 6 months to hatch. In an article published in the National Academy of Sciences, the study leader said that this study faced many of the biological complications of prehistoric organisms, especially that the study used the genetic code of the teeth to determine the incubation time of the small dinosaur in the egg.

Scientists consider dinosaurs to be one of the biggest mysteries, especially in terms of embryology, how to incubate and grow inside the eggs. They try to bring the process closer to similarity with crocodiles and reptiles, but the problem is that the analogy is inaccurate and sometimes other theories come out to approach it. No one knows definitively the true growth steps of dinosaurs

In this study to determine the incubation period of dinosaur eggs, the process was rounded to the birds in the range of 11-85 days with the introduction of some other factors, such as the size of the egg, which ranges from 4 kg to the size of the volleyball and shape and the nature of the dinosaur, we've got

Eriksson and David Kaye are working on the study and have worked on some of the fossils in the Museum of Natural History in America.

We do not have fossils for their eggs, and we know little about their development in their early lives," said Darla Zilinetsky, assistant professor of geology at the University of Calgary.

The team used the scanner to try to figure out how to make it and examine it under the sophisticated fossil microscope
The researchers found what they needed under the microscope, where they became clear to them the set of lines of the evolution of teeth, which showed some of the primitive lines of the dinosaur when it was inside the egg and is very similar to the lines of the internal trees that show the history of tree growth. It became clear to them after examining the fossils of Protoceratops that the egg needs three months and the Hapacrosaurus - one of the giant dinosaurs - needed his egg to six months Hatch

great work .......keep up the great posts.
:-)

thank you my dear

do not forget before 28 minute

yeaa I remember

I have seen a few films about dinosaurs....and what an egg size! I actually thought the egg size, which is really big, was a movie fiction.

Specifically, in the movie 2005 KING KONG.

But now that you mention of them here, obviously they are a wonder.

Edit - Just so you know, i came in to your account following @omar-hesham's commendation of you.
