@cheetah shouldn't bother it, all it does is look for duplicate content. It is no smarter or dumber than that. If the user verifies he owns the third party site he can get whitelisted so @cheetah doesn't comment or flag.

The problem I have is different, posting 63 times a day is a problem. It's obvious no one really cares because there are virtually no votes on the posts. So it is just spam. No one is going to vote 63 times a day for one user even if it was something someone cared about. Now for this, there will likely be flags and issues.

If they want to be successful on Steem (which I doubt it is just a firehose syndication dump) they would create summary posts or even some journalism (omg actual work) and condense it down to 2-4 posts a day.

Otherwise no one wins. No one is going to read 63 posts a day, no one is going to vote 63 posts a day, they are going to get no additional exposure.
